Module 1: Basics of Entrepreneurship: Where are the Women?​

Entrepreneurship can have many benefits for society, such as empowering women to work for themselves, enhancing products and services, maximizing the use of resources, and bringing in more money for the individual. 

The module of  “Basics of Entrepreneurship: Where are the Women?” contains the knowledge, skills, competencies, and attitudes required for the Entrepreneurship mindset.  The knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to become an entrepreneur are covered in this module. It covers the idea of entrepreneurship, its importance, its characteristics, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurs. 

In this module, Basics of Entrepreneurship will describe the eight (8) related skills and competencies women and female business leaders need to become entrepreneurs.
